This is one of my favorite kitchen tools. When used with the cookie baking rings, you can create a beautifully round cookie and then stamp a perfect circular indention in the center for filling with your favorite frosting, jam, or delicious topping. Technically called an espresso or coffee tamper, it works great as the ideal, high quality cookie stamp.
