I'm Beverly Ambrosio, founder of Wild About Chocolate. I'm often told I look much younger than my age (psst—it's over 70), and they always want to know my secret.

Honestly, I don't think there's any one secret. But a few things have been constants throughout my life, and one of them is chocolate. It has been one of my great loves for as long as I can remember. Luckily for me, dark chocolate is naturally rich in flavanols, plant compounds studied for their role in supporting healthy circulation, including blood flow to the skin.
