Layer by decadent layer, it combines chocolate cake, a baci di dama cookie base, silky chocolate ganache, more cake, more chocolate ganache, and a chopped hazelnut on top. It continues to be my go-to dessert every time I visit Eataly—and one I never seem to tire of.
