Läderach makes some of the best truffles on the planet! It's one of my favorite chocolate shops in Dallas and I visit them on a monthly (ok, sometimes weekly) basis. What I love about this chocolate shop is they fly fresh chocolates in from Switzerland each week. Läderach has a wide variety of pralines, bonbons, chocolate bars and large slabs of chocolate named FrischSchoggi which have different ingredients like nuts and fruits mixed in. They typically feature 2-3 new variations each week in addition to regulars like dark chocolate with carmelized hazelnuts...just wow!
I have tried just about everything in the store and repeatedly buy their pralines and truffles of various flavors. My favorites are typically the ones with any kind of hazelnut praline filling or the champagne truffles which are features in this box.
