Meet Beverly
Hi, I'm Beverly. Welcome to my kitchen! I'm guessing you're here because, like me, you're a fellow chocoholic, foodie or both. My passion for chocolate might be called an obsession by some. When I announced Wild About Chocolate to friends, one of the first comments was "we never saw that coming!" I have a long standing love with chocolate and I love to share my chocolate creations.
Everything I create is intended to be the most delicious you've ever tasted and is made using the finest, carefully sourced ingredients. Β I only use coverture chocolate like Callebaut, Valrhona, Domori and Guittard as well as other sustainably sourced chocolates for all my chocolate creations.
Premium ingredients make the best desserts. Β Ingredients like fresh cage-free eggs, pure vanilla extract, and of course, the best chocolates make a noticeable difference in the final outcome of a decadent and delicious dessert. Β
Iβve made and tested a few hundred cookie recipes (thank you friends and neighbors who were willing guinea pigs!) to perfect what I think are some of the best cookies youβll ever taste. Β
